Asking good questions is what I do best. I’m passionate about understanding people and what motivates them. I love collaborating with people, and frequently engage with quantitative and qualitative methods to understand more about what drives people. I'm excited at the potential to utilize data to drive user research, solve complex problems, and drive decision-making for organizations that seek to create impact for products and services that best serve the needs of people and the environment. I’ve worked with organizations big and small across continents and industries such as energy, healthcare, finance, telecommunications, non-profit, enterprise software, sports, retail, and more. I am particularly interested in projects where social/environmental impact, public services and technology intersect.

My experience with GIS work in immigration policy research and experience as a User Researcher inspired me to adopt service design methods and mindset in my work. As a Service Designer, I believe collaboration tools and facilitation methods combined with research insights are essential for the ultimate goal of any project— creating value for all people and organizations involved in a service.

When I’m not busy investigating something, you can find me experimenting with recipes in the kitchen, learning languages, climbing some mountains, reading National Geographic, or planning my next adventure.
